Up-Time* � This refers to the time that your website is available for people to view it. Of course, we all hope our websites will constantly be available any time of the day or night. Now you understand why your website should always be available. Of course, always is a pretty strong word. Even the best servers may occasionally need to be rebooted or they may run into a glitch here or there. But you get the idea.

Technical Support � If your website ever does go down, you need to be able to reach someone. At Stellar Web Production, our hosting includes free technical support, including 24-hour coverage in the case of an outage or other emergency. (If after business hours leave a voicemail message with the nature of the emergency, and a technician will contact you back acknowledging the issue and a possable timeframe for it to be fixed.)

Ftp Access - Ftp or file transfer protocol is what allows you to upload files to the server so they can be seen on the web. Our ftp access is for websites only and we do not offer photo or file sharing services at this time.

Email Accounts - The maximum number of email accounts you can have under that plan. More may be purchased in blocks of 5 at $10 a month per block.

Smartphone Ready Email - The ability to receive emails that come with your hosting on your cell phone without them being wiped off the server.

Dedicated Disk Space � This term just refers to the amount of space your website is allowed to take up on the server. Many small websites take up only about 20 MB of space. Most hosting plans will provide this much space or even more.

Dedicated Bandwidth � This refers to the resources your website uses when people visit your site. You can imagine a telephone line that has information passing across the line as people talk. Each time someone visits a page on your site, the data on that page gets passed to them, using a little bit of your bandwidth. If your website is mostly just text, each visitor will use very little bandwidth. If your website is full of videos, music, or large graphics, each visitor will use more bandwidth.

Databases - The number of mysql databases you can have running on your website.

WordPress Ready - All of the hosting plans we provide allow the use of wordpress. An initial setup is required and an email stating that you wish to have wordpress installed is required.

All hosting customers must agree to our Hosting Agreement. By initiating service and making a payment you acknowledge that agree with the agreement and are bound by its contents.
